I charge a 30% cancellation fee to any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Your card will be saved when booking the appointment. Redo/Refund Policy: Every client that sits in my chair has one week from the day of their appointment to contact me if they are wanting anything changed to hair (toner, change to highlights/lowlights, etc. This does not include a full new service) After one week the client will be required to pay. Hair Extension policy: Sew in extensions are very safe for the client as long as at home care is maintained. The stylist can not be held reliable for any damage done by at home care.
